I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders
If you don't see something you like that's completed in our shop, simply let us know what you're looking for and we will find it and make it to order for you! Note that it will take some time since we'll need to order from the original creator and then we'll need time to finish it. We will do our best to be quick and professional in our transaction! Send us a message any time and let's get started.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If this is a gift that is going directly to the gift recipient, let us know and we will mail it separate from the receipt. We can also offer gift wrapping and include a card that reads whatever you would like it to say.
